Linking to Landing Pages

Last Updated: Mar 31, 2016 01:12PM EDT
Managed content replicates an exact copy of the page or form on the account(s) that are subscribed to the program. When creating marketing tactics you can hyperlink call to actions to the landing pages located on the local account with the use of a merge field. When those tactics are pulled into the local account it's already hyperlinked to the correct page. This eliminates the process of creating a manual link to the page/form every time the user wants to use that specific tactic.

Highlight the text or select the image you want to attach the link and click Website Links.

By default all pages are displayed.  To narrow down the results choose a category on the left side of the page.  For example if you need to link to a form click Forms.

Click Insert Link next to the managed page you need to link to.

This returns you back to the editor and the item is now an active hyperlink.
If the landing page requires a theme add the theme variable at the end of the URL. The variable to apply a theme is ?ManagedSWTHEMEID=themenumber. For example, if the theme id is 123456 the variable would look like
?ManagedSWTHEMEID=123456. Below is an example of how the entire URL would look:
