Custom Pages for Portals

If the default pages available for Customer Portals are not enough, you are also able to add custom pages to display any information you desire. Access the CustomerCenter Setup using drop down menu in the upper right hand corner.
 
What will I find in this article?

 
Create a New Page
Select Portal Menu and then click Add New.



Check the box for a Custom Page and click submit.

 
Rename a Custom Page
Clear the name in the Menu Name box and enter the desired name for the page. Once you have changed the name, click Update.

 
 
Editing a Custom Page
Once you have created the page in the Portal Menu, navigate to VideoPortal Custom Pages using the menu on the left. This page will show a list of all custom portal pages that you have created.



To edit a custom page, simply click the name of the desired page and then Edit. This will bring you to the page content editor. Use the content editor as you would normally to edit the page.



When finished, click Save.
