Managing Leads

Activity done on leads can be done directly on the lead dashboard. The dashboard is a single page that lets you quickly manage leads. 
What will I find in this article?
Follow-up Date
Click the follow-up date box and choose the new follow-up date from the calendar.

Click the stage name of the lead and choose the new stage from the list of available options.

Click the name of the user that the lead is current assigned to and choose the new user from the list of available options.

Click the arrow to the right of the lead and choose the Enter a note button.

Select the note type, then enter the content of the note. When finished, click Save.

Converting Leads to Opportunities
Select the Subject of the lead.

Click Convert to New Opportunity.
