Template Email - Point and Click

Overview
The content editor gives you the ability to quickly manage content of new and existing templates for different types of tactics such as emails and banner ads. With a few clicks of your mouse you can change images, links and text within the template. To access and utilized templates login to the Marketing Center.


 
Creating a New Email
Select the New Email button located at the top of the page. This loads a list of three sources. Choose the Ready Made option.



Use the search field located at the top of the page to search for the template or simply select it from the list provided by choosing the Select button located on the right side of the page. This loads the assign tactic window.



This pulls the selected email into the system and loads the edit page.

Managing Content
Content that can be modified has a small serrated square in the surrounding area. By placing your mouse over that area, a pencil icon appears. 



To modify that section click on the pencil icon. A new window will display to modify that area.



To modify content simply enter new content into the fields provides. If the content needs to be translated choose the Translate button and select the destination language. When finished modifying this section select the Save button located at the bottom of the window.



If the section you are modifying requires an image to be replaced click the Choose File button and locate the image on your computer. When finished, select the Save button at the bottom of the page. StructuredWeb will usually re-size the image to fit within the target location.



 
Download to OFT
When you are finished editing your content, you can quickly download it to an OFT file. Select the “Download Outlook Template file” located at the top of the page. This processes your request and your then prompted to “Save or Open” the file. 
 
  • Save – Saves the OFT to your computer.

  • Open – Opens the OFT directly in Outlook.
