StructuredWeb provides managers and administrators with user activity reports. This allows you to keep track of different types of activity a user creates in the system such as contacts created, notes entered or opportunities created. You can access the user activity report in the Customer Center under Home. This is the first page displayed when accessing the Customer Center.
Select User Activity on the left-hand menu.
Use the search filters at the top of the page to filter by type, activity, date range and user. Simply place a check in the box next to the activity you want to review. When finished click Search.
This processes your request and activities are listed below. You can export or print these activates by selecting the appropriate buttons.
