Unable to Log In

​If you or a user you have added is unable to sign in to your account, please check the following:

Account ID / Website Address
Every account setup on the StructuredWeb platform is assigned a unique ID.  Your assigned Account ID is numeric and usually between 4-5 digits.

Website address does not refer to your company's actual website, but rather a unique domain for your company's account. This is a domain created for your account in order to host the marketing content. However, if your website is hosted by StructuredWeb you should be able to enter this site in this field.

Ensure you are using the correct username to access your account. In most cases your username should be your email address. but this is not always the case.  If you do not remember your username, use the I forgot link above the password field.

If you've forgotten your password, click I forgot and follow the steps to reset your password.  Detailed instructions on resetting your password can be found here.

​Site Administrator has not yet agreed to the Terms of Use
Each account has one administrator.  This is the main point of contact for your organization.  Your site administrator must agree to StructuredWeb's Terms of Use in order for account features to be active.  The Terms of Use is presented to them the first time they access the platform.

If you receive this message please contact your account administrator and ask them to log in and accept the terms. If you do not know who your account administrator is, contact service@structuredweb.com and we can provide you their contact details.
