If you have a large manual price list that you need to update, doing so within the Product Center can be time-consuming. To save time, you can export and import price list data from Excel. The Excel file will be in CSV format. Once the data is exported you can make the changes to price data in Excel, save the changes, and then import the changes. Exporting a price list only works for manual price lists. You can only import a price list to make changes to an existing price list and not to create a new price list.
You can access price lists by going to Product Center and selecting Price Lists.
Click the Price List Name of the price list you wish to export to open the price list.
Click Export Price List.
Choose whether you want to export data for all products in the price list or all products, then click Continue.
Right-click on Right-click to save export file and select Save Target As… to save the file to your computer.
Once you have saved the changes to the price list in Excel you can import the CSV file to apply the changes to the price list in the Product Center.
Click the Price List Name of the price list you wish to overwrite to open the price list.
Click Import Price List.
Choose whether you want to import only products in the price list already or if you want to import all products by checking the box, then click Continue.
Click Browse… to select the file to import, then click Upload.
Check that the Product Center price fields match with the correct fields from the CSV file, then click Continue.
Click Continue. This will cause the import to process.
