What will I find in this article?

If you happen to know the campaign you are looking for, use the search box at the top to locate it quickly. Depending on your vendor library, you may also have additional attribute filters you can use to narrow the list of campaigns available on the left. Campaigns populate on the right side of the page. Once you have found the campaign you are interested in, click the thumbnail to select it.

Campaign Overview

On the Campaign Overview, you are able to learn more about the specific different tactics in the campaign and what ties them all together. This page provides you with the context and background information for a campaign, such as the target audience, the specific focus of the campaign, languages available, and more. The specific content in the campaign overview will differ depending on your vendor.

At the bottom of the overview you can see the different types of tactics available. These will be split by tactic type, such as Banner Ads, Emails, and Whitepapers.

Click on the specific Tactic type to view all of the content available for that type, or click All to view all tactics for the campaign.

Search filters are located on the left side of the page. If you know the name of the tactic enter it into the search box.

You can narrow results by using the filter options. This allows you to quickly locate tactics for a specific language, audience or product type. The search will dynamically update based on the filters you set.

After you have narrowed down your search you can select a tactic by clicking the thumbnail image. This loads a preview of the tactic. Choose the Customize & Send button to use it.

If your Marketing Assets have not been set up, you will see a message that says they have not been set up. You have the ability to set up your assets with the button provided.

After you choose the tactic you want to use you can modify the content just as you would if you had created a new campaign.
