The "From" name and email address for a campaign are important for the success of the campaign. Not having a "From" name and email address will decrease the effectiveness of your campaign by tripping spam filters. By default, the email is sent from the user associated with each contact.


Editing the From Name

Open the email campaign that you want to edit.

Select the Settings tab.

Select Use this name and email address:


  • To change the "From" name, replace the merge fields with the desired name.

  • To change the email the message should be sent from, replace the [MyEmail] merge field.

Click Save when done.
