To update existing pages or forms that already exist click the page name from the Site Map within your Site Center. This loads the content editor with the page content inside it.
If you have a large number of pages, you can use the search box located at the top to find a specific page or form.
Utilize the content editor and make the necessary changes to the page or form. For detailed instructions on created and modifying forms please review our Forms article.
When finished making your edits click Save. In order to update the partners syndicated content to the newest version you need to copy the newest version of the page to the partner accounts.
Copying to Partner Accounts
Copying the pages to partner accounts is done in the Program Manager. After saving your changes, select Program Manager from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner.
Select the appropriate program in the Current Program dropdown menu and then click on the Contacts tab.
Use the folders on the right hand side to select the content you'll be copying, either Forms or Pages.
If you have updated every page or form and need them all copied to the partners, click the Copy Pages to Accounts button. If you only need to copy one or two pages/forms to the partner accounts, search for that page in the Item Search search bar and click Copy to the right of the page.
