Cancel an Email Campaign

If you have scheduled a campaign and need to cancel the distribution you can do so on the Schedule & Send tab of the email.

Select the Cancel distribution button. This changes the status back to "New - Not Scheduled."

Cancel a Nurture Email/Campaign

To cancel a nurture campaign, click into the nurture campaign and select the campaign and toggle the Active button to Off.

To cancel an individual email within the nurture stream, toggle Off the Active button that is across from the email you want to cancel.
