Elements panel enhanced within the Drag & Drop Editor

The Elements column is now enhanced to include detailed labeling when dragging a new element onto the canvas. This enhancement allows you to better identify the element you are selecting and provides simple instructions on the next steps to take after the element has been placed.
Account Tag identifier within images now available in Drag & Drop Editor

When adding an Account Tag, such as a partner logo, to an Image element, you now find the name of the Account Tag displayed inside the image frame. In addition, the background color now fills out completely within the designated space.
With this enhancement, content admins gain a full perspective of how the image will appear within the email, and more easily identify the information that will be pulled in from the partner account.

Contact Tags added to Drag & Drop Editor

Partners and admins can now add contact information, such as First Name, Last Name & Company Name directly to the body of an email using Contact Tags.
Like Account Tags, Contact Tags are merge fields that pull in contact information directly into the email.
Tags are available within a drop-down menu within the content toolbar, next to the Account Tags drop-down menu. Once placed, Contact Tags are easily distinguishable from Account Tags using color coding:
• Account Tags are Blue
• Contact Tags are Green

Activity Scorecard by Users tab added to Accounts Activity Summary Report
Admin Portal > Program Manager >Reports >Select A Report > Accounts Activity Summary
A new tab is now available within the Account Activity Summary Report. This new tab allows admins to view portal activity by individual users (prior to this addition, admins viewed portal activity at the account level only). Users are listed by name and email address.
This tab also includes a new filter option that allows you to toggle between users who have performed at least one activity or users who have not performed any activities.
